How do I know which promotions I'm eligible for on e789?

Log in to your e789 account and visit the Promotions page. Offers available to your account will be displayed there. Eligibility depends on your account status, verification level, activity tier and whether you've already claimed a specific offer before. New player offers are only available to accounts that haven't made a previous deposit. If you're unsure about your eligibility for a specific promotion, contact the e789 support team before depositing.

Can I withdraw my bonus balance immediately after claiming a promotion?

No — bonus balance at e789 cannot be withdrawn directly. It must be wagered a set number of times (as specified in the promotion terms) on eligible games before it converts to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement and eligible games are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Once you've met the requirement within the expiry window, you can request a withdrawal of any resulting real balance through your preferred PKR payment method.

Does e789 run special promotions during PSL season?

Yes. During active PSL and major T20 seasons, e789 typically runs cricket-specific promotions including enhanced odds on selected fixtures, free bet offers, and accumulator bonuses for multi-selection bet slips. These are seasonal offers and availability depends on the event calendar. Keep an eye on this Promotions page during PSL season and T20 tournaments for the latest cricket-related offers.

What happens if I deposit below the minimum amount required for a promotion?

If you deposit an amount in PKR that is below the minimum qualifying deposit stated in the promotion terms, the bonus will not be triggered. Your deposit still goes into your account balance and can be used for betting and gaming as normal — you just won't receive the promotional bonus for that transaction. Always check the minimum deposit amount before funding your account with the intention of claiming a specific offer at e789.

What's On Offer at e789

One thing that keeps players coming back to e789 — beyond the cricket markets and the live casino tables — is the promotions programme. It isn't just a generic welcome offer slapped on the homepage and forgotten. The e789 promotions page is updated regularly with offers that cover different parts of the platform, so whether you're a sports bettor focused on PSL, a slots enthusiast or someone who spends most of their time at the live baccarat tables, there's usually something relevant for you.

It's worth being clear about something upfront: no promotion on e789 guarantees you a profit or removes the inherent risk of gambling. Bonuses, cashback and free spins are ways the platform adds extra value to your experience — they don't change the fundamental nature of the activity. Always read the terms attached to any offer before claiming it, and only ever deposit and wager amounts you are genuinely comfortable with.

With that said, e789 promotions are structured to be straightforward and fair. There's no confusing fine print that turns a good-looking offer into something unusable. The wagering requirements, expiry dates and eligible games are clearly stated so you know exactly what you're working with before you commit.

Understanding Promotion Terms at e789

Promotions at e789 aren't complicated once you understand the key concepts. Here's a plain explanation of the terms you'll commonly see when you browse offers on the platform.

Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a set number of times before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, if a wagering requirement is 20x and your bonus is PKR 1,000, you need to place PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before requesting a withdrawal of any bonus-derived funds.

Expiry Date

All promotions and bonuses at e789 come with an expiry date. If you don't meet the wagering requirement or use the offer within that window, the bonus balance is forfeited. Always check the deadline and plan your sessions accordingly.

Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms. Playing ineligible games won't count toward meeting your wagering requirement.

Minimum Deposit

Most promotions at e789 require a minimum deposit in PKR to trigger the offer. This varies per promotion. If you deposit below the threshold, the bonus won't activate. The qualifying amount is always stated in the offer terms before you commit.

Pro tip: If you ever have questions about a specific promotion at e789, contact the support team before depositing. It's easier to clarify terms upfront than to chase a query after the fact.

Promotions & Responsible Gaming

Promotions are designed to add value and enjoyment to your experience at e789 — they are not meant to encourage you to chase losses or deposit more than you can afford. The presence of a bonus offer should never be the reason you fund your account. Only deposit what you have comfortably budgeted for entertainment purposes.

It's also worth being aware that some bonuses come with restrictions that can affect your ability to withdraw funds early. For instance, once a bonus is active, you may need to complete the wagering requirement before cashing out even your original deposit amount. If that creates pressure to keep playing beyond your budget, it's fine to contact e789 support and ask about forfeiting the bonus to restore normal account access.

e789 is an 18+ platform. If gambling — with or without a bonus — is starting to feel more stressful than enjoyable, take a step back. Use the deposit limits or self-exclusion tools available through your account settings. Our Responsible Gaming page has more detailed guidance on managing your activity sensibly.

Reminder: Gambling carries financial risk. No bonus or promotional offer guarantees a return. Always gamble within your means. 18+ only.
